- WRITE TO THE MAYOR & COUNCILLORS -
The fate of the Southbank skatepark lies in the hands of Lambeth Council's planning committee.
However, as it states on this page featured on their website,
the Mayor of London: Boris Johnson has the final say on the matter.
The Mayor has also recently gone on record stating that he supports the preservation of the undercroft in a statement you can read here...so it is worthwhile emailing and Tweeting him....
or commenting on his Facebook page about it.
It is also helpful to contact the three councillors who will be present at the planning committee meeting for the Southbank Centre's "Festival Wing" proposal, which is what sets out to demolish the skatepark.
